A little history

The Beaches Blues Fest a Non-Profit Corp. # 1488874 And The Danforth Music Festival. Educates the public as well as artists through live entertainment events, such as our annual Beaches Blues Fest This Year 2006 Celebrating our 13th year and the 3rd year of the Danforth Music Festival which will take place for 4 Days Labor Day Weekend September 1-2-3-4th/06 Between Victoria Park Ave and Greenwood along the Danforth with approximately 100 bands participating over the 4 Day Event. In addition we also Produce a St.Paddys Day Event March 18th a Spring Fling April 29th Barbeque& Blues for the Cure June 17th Halloween Howl Oct.28th Our Xmas Music Fest Dec.23rd. We also include an ongoing Food Drive for Torontos Oldest Food Bank Grace Pascoe Care Centre of the Calvary Baptist Church, Always Great Music accompanied with a good Cause all in Community Spirit!

Our Method of Raising Funds and Awareness

We ask you to allow us to station one of our Volunteers at your Entrance indoors or out Weather Permitting, All that we require is enough space for a small table and chair for our Volunteer Donation container on table Sign for awareness Flyers to pass out to customers requesting Donations in exchange for Tickets to our events in other words pay what you can Tickets or they can pay $10. For tickets on the day of the show for all ages Tickets or $20. for adult show Tickets, As we are a registered Non-Profit Corp we are entitled to acquire a special occasion liquor permit for our Adult Shows so it is to our benefit to have a full House and helps us to support good causes Your Co-operation in this matter would be in community spirit and much appreciated, We find that a couple of days per week per location preferably Thurday throughSaturdayWorks best.
